Can ya'll give me some tips? What is an average or acceptable GMAT score, and is it that important? I want to get my MBA and have my alma mater in CT where I can get really cheap tuition because I am a veteran and I can skip the GMAT there because my GPA was high enuf to have the gmat waived. SO I am weighing 10k for total tuition vs. 100k. I want the pedigree and don't want to sell myself short by going to an "oK" school, but at the same time is an ivy league name really necessary?

Thanks
